Mini Meatloaves

I know what your thinking, "Meatloaf, who does she think I am?" but it is OK. Trust me, this meatloaf will blow your taste buds away. Quick and easy plus you can pretty much add any spices to meatloaf and easily make it your own! I formed these into mini size so everyone can have there own serving.

Stuff:
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup ketchup (plus more for the tops)
2 tbsp breadcrumbs- Italian add a nice flavor
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp powdered ranch
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. You can use your hands if you want to, it's more fun: ) Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Scoop about a 1/2 cup of the meat mixture onto the sheet and form into a small loaf. Continue with the rest of the meat. Spread about a teaspoon of ketchup on top of each loaf and sprinkle with a little extra parmesan. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until there is absolutely no pink in the center. These tasted great with homeade mashed taters on the side or even french fries!
