Oven Baked Chicken Fingers

These are really good and healthy for you because they are baked, rather than fried.

The victims:

2 chicken breasts, thawed
2 cups cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp powdered ranch
1 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan
1 1/2 cups milk

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a pan with foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Crunch up your crackers and put them in a bowl and mix in the ranch and
Parmesan. Cut your chicken into finger-sized pieces and give them a nice bath in the milk. Then set them in the bowl with the crumbs and coat them evenly. Place all the chicken on your pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the chicken is not pink in the middle. Enjoy your healthy chicken!
