Pasta Pie


This is a quick and easy dinner for a small crowd.

Ingredients:
2 cups penne pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 1/2 cups pasta sauce
15 small meatballs (optional)


Boil 4-6 cups water and then put in penne pasta. Cook for 11-12 minutes or until almost done. Strain pasta and mix in sauce and about 3/4 cup cheese. Put mixture into a pie plate. Cook meatballs according to package directions and cut in half. Place meatballs on top of pasta and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cook in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!




Quick Garlic Toast:

Spread butter or margarine on four pieces of bread or buns. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stick in oven while pasta pie is cooking. Take out when golden and toasty and enjoy!!
