These are really easy and stay soft for quite a while.
Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. oil
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cookies will be soft when taken out of oven. Cool and enjoy! Stays soft for at least a week. Makes about 4 dozen.
